Fullers Earth, a natural clay famous for its cleansing properties, used in face masks soaps etc.  It's name comes from its use by Fullers in cleaning wool for dyeing. 

Fuller's earth removes dirt, excess sebum, and dead skin from skin's pores. This prevents whiteheads, blackheads, and dull-looking skin. It also has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that keep acne at bay.
