Drink to cool and relax during the day or night. Wonderful to drink in the evening before bed or when feeling hot. It can be made up in a thermos and kept by the bed to drink as needed during the night.
Use one cup of boiling water per 1-2 teaspoon of herbs. Pour over and leave to infuse for at least 12 minutes.
